Let’s start out with a quick phone call so that you can ask me any questions you have and we can review payment information. During that call, we may schedule an initial appointment if that seems right. An initial evaluation can be scheduled within 1-2 weeks.
Next, I will send you my intake packet and I ask you to complete this prior to our first appointment. That gives me a chance to review your health background and goals before our first meeting.
At our first meeting, I will ask you a lot of questions to get to know you even better. It usually takes ate least two visits to come up with a treatment plan, so we will likely our second visit within 1-2 weeks.
After that, my recommendation for follow-up will depend on a number of factors including the complexity of our treatment plan. Usually I recommend follow-up every 1-4 weeks.
